Excellent staff, extremely friendly and useful especially during the day shifts. For the cost its a wonderful deal. The receptionist is wonderful, is familiar with good spots to go to for travelers.

This hotel was truly centrally located and the personnel on the reception were available at every hours. The beds had been comfortable and the other guests have been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Assuming that you are visiting Kaprun you have to book a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are pretty nice. And a spectacular atmosphere.

This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the staff members from the reception were there at all the hours. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel have been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air-con was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end.
